This Architect and design firm had picked a new premises to move their office to at 22 Delhi St in West Perth. The area was already fitted out but wasn’t what they were after, we worked directly with their design team and directors to transform the space into something worthy of an architect’s office. The works involved demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, workstations and flooring then construction of new to suit their requirements. The design team had picked products that add texture, dimension and flair with the addition of mesh bulkheads, perforated plasterboard, polished concrete and open ceiling spaces. This was completed to a very tight schedule with cleaners finishing up moments before the removal trucks brought in their equipment.
